By accessing or using prometheuscapital.nl (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Prometheus Capital is a student investment association based at the University of Amsterdam. We are a student-run association with no capital of its own: we do not invest, manage assets, or hold client funds on behalf of ourselves or others, and we are not authorized or regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) or any other financial regulator.

Nothing on the Site, including research reports, publications, commentary, or any other content published by Prometheus Capital or its members, constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Content is produced by students for educational purposes and reflects the views of its individual author(s), not of Prometheus Capital as an institution or of the University of Amsterdam.

Prometheus Capital accepts no liability for any decision made in reliance on content published on the Site. You should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Any mention of a third-party company, security, or market within our research content is for illustrative and educational purposes and does not imply an endorsement by, or affiliation with, that company.

• ↘You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• ↘You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the future member portal, or interfere with its operation.
• ↘You may not use the contact form, partnerships form, or application channels to submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.

Applications to join a desk (Equity Research, Fixed Income, or Commodities) are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Personal data submitted as part of an application is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Membership is further governed by our internal association bylaws and code of conduct, provided separately to members.

If you submit a report, article, or other content to us for potential publication, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. By submitting content, you grant Prometheus Capital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, publish, and archive it on the Site and our other channels (e.g. social media), with attribution to you unless you request otherwise. We may decline to publish any submission at our discretion.

The Prometheus Capital name, logo, and website design are the property of Prometheus Capital. Published research and content remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and/or Prometheus Capital, as agreed at submission. You may share or cite our published content for non-commercial, educational purposes with clear attribution; you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Linktree. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Prometheus Capital, its board, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
